Bought our first home through Edam
Edam helped up buy our first home. He was very helpful and spent so much time with us going from listing to listing (I think we ended up looking through over 70 houses). Edam was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time helping us, but never pushed us a buy a house or hurried us to jump on a deal if we weren't sure about the property. This lack of pressure, the great service, and feeling that Edam really wanted to make sure we ended up in a home that worked for us (and not that we closed quickly and he got a paycheck) are what has led me to recommend Edam to anyone I know that's house shopping!

Edam is incredibly friendly and non-intimidating. He is interested in statistics and trends. He was the perfect agent for a couple of very analytical engineers looking for a home for grandma. He is also very honest and made a point to not pressure us. He is a unique agent. He was absolutely thinking about us first, not his commission.
