POOR management
We hired Cheree to manage our home for two years. We do not feel she investigated the renters properly nor abided by her contract of viewing our home every 6 months. We have ripped out half of our carpeting(brand new at the time of lease), repainted, dealt with mold, replaced 2 yr old kitchen counter tops, broken air conditioner(which she had repaired but did not pay)& have liens on our home for unpaid bills - she was to pay from the deposit(which disappeared along with $400 in escrow).
Worst Property Manager Ever
We hired Cheree to manage our rental home and she allowed the renter to do over $50,000 of damages. She was the most unprofessional real estate manager I have ever worked with. She constantly bounced checks and has ruined our home.
