Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Assisting a couple (husband was in a wheel chair) sell thier handicap accessible home I provided a one year home owners warranty. They thought that was nice but not necessary. I sold the home above the market price and 3 months later received a report that the warranty had covered over $3,000.00 in repairs. The buyers were happy and the sellers even more happy to learn the problems were resolved. Unless the home is a foreclosure sellers can be held responsible for repairs up to one year following the sale of the home (in Idaho) on specific items such as electrical, plumbing, appliances, heating and air conditiong.
What is your best characteristic?

My wife is my greatest inspiration. She has a degree in design, an eye for what looks good and together we have designed and built custom homes in the area.
