She was very knowledgeable about the local markets, builders, and helped us refine what we were looking for. She went through great pains to show us countless previously owned homes in the course of a week. Having not found anything appropriate, we started considering building a new home. This meant beginning the search all over viewing model homes to pick out a floor plan. She walked us through the design studio appointment and outlined the process each step of the way. There were several delays and building/contractual hiccups, none of which she could have prevented. Throughout it all Cindy advised us, battled for us, and even sacrificed her time and her own money to ensure the deal was equitable for all parties. We appreciated her honesty and her quick responses to all of our calls. In summery we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through our first home purchase.
