Some of my experiences with Realtors have been not so good. It was a big decision for me, and Dan was patient though out. Knowledgeable. He saw the good points..and the bad, AND told them to me.

My parents listed their home with Sharon when they became ready to move to a retirement home. While I do not want to give a blow by blow of what transpired, neither do I wish to understate our disappointment. Lynette helped point out some of the strengths and weakness of various homes we visited, never failed to offer her time and valuable resources, and helped us find a great home. She helped us make a good deal and a strong offer, such that we wouldn’t lose the house. Lynette was a great resource for identifying reliable, local serviced that we would need, how-to information, and was always able to answer our questions. She was a wonderful, experienced realtor!

This agent was incompentent in selling our home. She was more concerned about her payment and what the buyers needs were than ours.

Helpful in the beginning, but very poor about explaining the process and texts on her phone the entire time you're with her to other people. Got us screwed out of a washer and dryer which we wanted in our house. She just wants your money--stay FAR FAR away.
