First Time Home Buyer
We were first time home buyers and Nigel made the entire experience enjoyable and informative. He was very patient and listened to what we wanted in a property. If we had questions, he knew the answers or quickly found them for us. He got us into the houses we wanted to look at as soon as possible, even if it meant driving us all over town in less than perfect weather. He was great about sending us listings to check out but was also willing to look into ones we found on our own. He made everything as quick and painless as possible while still treating us like we were important. We recommend him whenever we get the chance.

Nigel was a huge help with selling our 1920's home
Nigel was a huge help with selling our 1920's home. Not only with the normal listing and offer negotiating, but also with understanding the buyers inspection report and the resulting laundry list of items they wanted done. He helped in figuring out what we could offer them that minimized expenses for us, but still satisfied them and got the deal done. I will definitely use him in the future.
