While Becky was our property manager, she had a wall built on our property and did not check the boundaries of our property, and did not get a permit from the Mililani Town Assoc. (MTA) Recently we were informed by a neighbord, this wall had been built one foot beyond our property line and onto this neighbor's property and is also higher than the maximum allowed by the MTA. Now, we cannot sell this house until these problems are corrected. These mistakes have cost US BIG bucks and will cost more, as they have not yet been resolved. Becky refuses to take responsibility for HER mistakes. She has admitted, that she did not know she had to get permission from MTA. She should have known and followed the rules of MTA.
We used Gustafson real estate for our property manager for many years. Initially everything was great, but she took on too many clients, and really let our house "go to pots". We had to fly over there and make many repairs at our expense which should never have happened.
A warning to all... Leilani is currently in various lawsuits for conartist tactics that has left her client homeless,and bankrupt. She has hurt many people and has abtained millions of their money. She uses the guise of being a Christ follower. Ask her about whats going on with her lawsuits and IRS issues before you do business. You have been warned!
