- Currently my biggest obstacle is doing "short sale." Finding a win win situation for all parties: Buyers, Sellers and Lenders is almost impossible.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I just showed a propective seller that his house was worth $165000 to $179000. He replied with, last year a buyer offered me $300,000 for my home. My respond was, let's price it at $1,000,000. The look on his face was priceless. He then asked me, will you be able to sell my house in 6 months at $1,000,000? I replied, no, maybe not for a few decade... but if we are going to overprice your home by $125000 we might as well price it at one million... that way if it does sell and it will take a miracle, I get a bigger commission. He agree to list his home at $175000 and it sold for $169000 within 7 days on the market.

- My children.. Specially my eldest child whom I had at age 19. Becoming a mother has inspire me to provide her not only with stability and a loving home, but to leave this world a better place.

- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right here, Hawaii.. This has always been my home. The weather is perfect, the people are friendly and everything and everyone I love is here.
