You never pushed anything upon us or pressured us into placing an offer on a property we were not interested in. You did research on the three properties that we thought about bidding on and weren't upset when we decided against the property in Makakilo with the high ****ociation/maintenance fees upon the sellers counter-offer. You figured out our tastes so much that you found the house we bought in Ocean Pointe (that was almost new!!) Your dedication to service never faltered as you showed up to do the final walk-though, at closing with the mortgage lender; and at escrow, and even afterwards stopped by and gave a house warming gift.
