- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Every transaction is different and I learn through each of them. I think the most challenging issue is the first time homebuyer but I welcome and appreciate these first time homebuyers because they in turn appreciate the effort I put forth in explaining every step of the transaction.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- The most interesting (and inspiring) are my client's who bought and sold through me. They have 10 children (3 biological and the rest they adopted) and are complete "angels". I have never seen such a family as this and they were so wonderful throughout the sale of their property. Can you imagine a huge 4 bedroom house kept immaculate all the time for showing appointments with 10 children? Believe it!

- When I work with other agents who pay attention to the details in a transaction as I do.
