L.D. buy a previous house with Gail A Kosiorek and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
The woman that bought my house used Gail as her realtor and was SO difficult to work with. She came by unannounced when work was being done and caused damage that had to be repaired. She lost paperwork, forgot lockbox codes, left paperwork blank. She could not make any educated decisions herself and I would not recommend her to anyone wanting someone competent to represent them.
