Fantastic broker
Kris has been in real estate for as long as I've been a med doc. That's over 30 yrs of experience. My practice has taken me across the ocean to "greener pastures". Sold quickly in down market
This agent came highly recommended by other doctors. Very low key but extremely professional. In a down market, I was worried about getting my price. We talked and Kris knew my concerns. My property went in to escrow within days and closed in 30 days without problems. Treated other agents with respect and those involved with the sale seemed to respond well with Kris, which I found impressive. This agent does not negotiate on commission- but I've found is worth the price and more. This is my broker for life.
