We provide a custom real estate experience for our clients. We are always available 24/7 and return calls within minutes. We are all about quality and not quantity. Your Realtor should know at all times everything that is happening in your transaction. You will always be working directly with and communicating to the broker, not an assistant. This seems very basic, but during a real estate transaction you need specific answers to your questions and not the run around. "By selectively limiting my clientele, I can provide a highly responsive level of value-added service and fully protect the interests of each client. This dedicated commitment enables me to pleasantly exceed client expectations and ensure that my primary source of new clients is referrals from satisfied clients". If you are selling your home, a cutting edge strategy will be implemented, commanding top market price for your property through a customized marketing and advertising campaign, networking among other top brokers and understanding the intricacies and uniqueness of your specific property, providing you with maximum exposure. With regards to Buyers, John calls upon his expertise and experience to find Buyers their picture-perfect home: one that is distinctively theirs. John believes that it requires really listening to his clients' needs and reading between the lines." We're not just selling real estate, we're creating a lifestyle."

Interview
- What year did you become a real estate agent?
- 1985
- How many years have you been in Real Estate?
- 26
- What is the average home price in your market?
- $550,000
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- My calling in life has definitely been real estate. But more than that it has been important to me that every one of my clients becomes a life long friend. I spend a lot of time updating my education and knowledge in the real estate industry and this equates into a rock solid real estate experience for my clients. Mainly I take care of my clients so that everything goes smooth and there are no unpleasant surprises.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issue is staying educated within your market area. You have to study and analyze the sales prices and trends otherwise your clients will either pay too much or in the case of a seller, receive to little for their home.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I love working with first time home buyers because everything is new to them. The purchase process can daunting if your client is busy working their 9-5 job, taking care of the kids, and trying to understand the intricacies of the purchase process. I just closed 5 homes in the past month and a half to first time home buyers and it is so rewarding when everything has gone smooth and the property closes escrow and you get to witness the excitement of this family starting a new chapter in their lives.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Communication! I am really big on communication. I spend a lot of time coordinating with everyone involved in the real estate transaction during the home purchase. I monitor every aspect of the real estate transaction each day so I know (and my clients know) exactly where we are in the transaction and what to expect next so we can prepare for it.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The friendships I am lucky to earn while I help my clients buy or sell real estate.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The best advice I ever received was from my real estate mentor back when I started. He told me there is no substitute for hard work and he was right. He also taught me that every time I put in a little extra effort it would always come back to me in a positive way. He was right.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Hawaii..........I am not kidding! It is absolutely the best place in the world to live. You can still travel the world seeing all the various remarkable sights, but when you are finished with that vacation you are actually excited about coming home to Hawaii =)
