There are new developments on Oahu, but frankly there really is no room for any in the most popular neighborhoods.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love that every day there is a new challenge and I love to meet and help new people. No transaction is ever the same and that keeps it fresh and exciting.

What is your best characteristic?
My best characteristic is perhaps my patience. I have always tried to keep in mind that is can be quite stressful to buy or sell and my patience and contentiousness helps to remove some of the stress for my clients.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Seeing the and satisfaction in my clients faces when the job is done and done well.
What is the best advice you ever received?
You never know where your business will come from, so treat everyone as if they are your most important client....because they are!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Well, obviously, Hawaii. I love to work hard and play hard...so how many places can you work hard selling real estate all day and then go surfing at the end of the day and watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean?
