I have to start by saying I was not the easiest customer to handle. I didn't listen to advice. In fact I demanded to opposite on several different occasions. I guess you could say, I thought I knew best. I WAS WRONG! If I had I listened to Joanne sooner, my house probably would have sold sooner. So I decided my uneducated way of selling my house was wrong. Joanne was very patient and very honest we me, even telling me when I was making a mistake. So I backed off. I said, "You know best, go get me a contract!" she had one in my hands within a week. I decided to use the whole Curtin team. So, while working with Jeanie we found our dream house. And, yes. Jeanie had to set me straight just like Joanne did. Once again, I said, " You're the boss!" I got the house and at a great price.
