Beware: Blackwell are slumlords of the worst kind

Today I received a piece of registered mail from Blackwell Realty and they're trying to extort more money from me months after I moved out, and this is not the first time they've tried to steal from me. The apartment was disgusting from day 1 with mold growing in the walls around the bathtub, more roaches than Joe's Apartment, and a list of other problems they refused to even acknowledge. These people are money hungry thieves and will steal you money at every chance they get. What if a pipe bursts and water runs for days and you get a $350 water bill? You have to pay it. What if you give them a $600 deposit and clean the entire place top to bottom? They will steal it and say you still owe them more for "damages". It is an absolute joke that these people are still allowed to do business in this country. Now, we have another court date for just such an issue because stealing our $600 deposit for a little 6 inch hole in the carpet apparently was not enough to fill their coffers. Well, Blackwell, we will see you in court and you will have to pay US back. Just go look at their website if you don't believe me, "We specialize in forclosed home re-sale". You may as well say we prey on others' misfortunes for profit. Well, my misfortune was choosing to rent an apartment from extortionists.
