I purchased a house with Roy in 2006. This was my first house so I didn't even know the right questions to ask. Roy was very patient and a good teacher. After lots of shopping around, I ended up in one of the first houses he showed me. He had a better feel for what I was looking for than I did. I've been quite happy with the house and the area for all of the past 5+ years.

I have been working with Tammy for about 3 months and I have to say that this woman knows what she's doing and knows exactly what I want! Even when I don't :). It's been difficult, living in Hawaii, and trying to find a house in Georgia....but Tammy has walked us through it like a champ...and has been working super hard to find us a house that we will love! I feel very lucky to be working with someone like her...When it came time for us to work with a Realtor I didn't know who to go with, there really weren't any reviews written on anybody...so I did my own research and looked at the way different agents represented the houses they were selling and Tammy stood out among all of them...I figured, if this woman works this hard for her sellers then she must work as hard for her buyers. I have to say she has proved me right !

I am from the UK and knew nothing about US realty. The language is so different for a start! I was looking for somewhere small for my american fiance and myself for when he gets home & we can get married. Ms Melinda took everything on board. Nothing fazed her including the fact I was only in the States for 1 week. Polite, punctual, professional, thoughtful and considerate - there aren't too many realtors around like her! With Ms Melinda (with a Power of Attorney) looking after my interests and John Galton as my Attorney, the purchase went through with only a few hiccups from the other party and 10 weeks after I saw the house it was ours! Please God, Joe will be home next year and once we are married, we can really start turning it into our home. Thank you Ms Melinda!

While looking for my first home, I ended up going with Gene and Sandra Seago, one of whom was the seller's agent. The house was a superior value in construction quality and price compared to all other houses I'd seen in the week I was looking. Also, it's not conventional to buy a house solely through the seller's agent, but I did this because they only charged 3.5% commission instead of 6% which saved me more money and made them more. A win win situation. Gene and Sandra have a unique arrangement working out of their home to cut operating costs and working with many good local builders they have personal relationships with. This allows them to pick and choose houses they want to sell and their independence allows them to tell the customer more than just the party line, though they were never less than totally professional. I would, and do recommend them to friends and intend to used them when I sell.
