Dana has aggressively marketed my house since I hired her to sell it about a month ago. She understands my situation, and helped me to price my home at a more average price point. She explained to me why the appraisal price isn't always the price you get. She has held 2 open houses so far with a good amount of traffic, and has informed me she may have a couple more listings in the neighborhood. She also has partnered with a lady at Flagstar Bank that offers special financing options for all kinds of loans witch is advertised on the flyer. I will definitely keep her until she sells my home.
