Hello everyone. I recently rented out my home to Karen Phillips. She gave$500 down and I let her move in. She has not paid any money since, refusing to pay any more and/or move out also has been spreading lies about me all over town. I will be taking her to court and having her removed from my home asap. Beware of who you rent to!!!!!

Audrey Melissa Sprinkle and her boyfriend were exposed after the police surrounded her boyfriend. Police verified she was living in a days inn northeast of Atlanta. Ms. Sprinkle hadn't kept her appointment with my real estate lady and I the day before. Asking Ms. Sprinkle if she was aware that I had been robbed after moving in to the house. She told the officer that she didn't know me. She didn't rent to me. Questioned by police, she stating that the ring reported stolen by me, was hers and she had it. After verification from my custom jeweler, It was clear " I was the victim in the end " . Real Estate Agents that are a fraud, thieves and criminals? Trusting them with our family, identity. Our future is in danger. Our homes are a reflection on us and who our children will be. Home Sweet Home! Is there A CARFAX ON REAL ESTATE AGENTS ?
