Deborah (D.J.) Perry was Richard LaVignes office manager, etc at SureClose realty. They started SureClose when their misconduct caused Exit Realty to pull their franchise. Ms. Perry thought it was REAL FUNNY when Mr. LaVigne stole $140,000 from a coworker and me. Mr. LaVigne was recently convicted in Clayton County Georgia on 10 felony counts. He was given 40 years to serve 7. This is the kind of company that Ms. Perry keeps. RUN FROM HER!!!

Richard LaVigne represents himself as an honest, upstanding business man. He is in fact a crook! He was recently convicted in Clayton County GA on 10 felony counts from a real estate scam. He received 40 years to serve 7. I would not recommend using him when he gets out.
