My wife and I put our house on the market with what we thought was the right real estate agent to sell our home. We waited and waited, but did not get anything close to an offer. We then went with the Joanne Curtin Team. What a difference it made. Joanne level of service and responsiveness was amazing. Our traffic immediately picked up and we received our first offer. She carefully advised us on the negotiations and we got a contract on our house. The contract fell through due to no fault of our own, but Joanne was not deterred. Within three days we had another offer and it was better than the first. The purchase of our new house was just as amazing. We had a few hiccups in the negotiations, but Laura and Tom did not miss a beat. They kept us in the loop at all times and helped us land our new home. Couldnt be more pleased!
I have to start by saying I was not the easiest customer to handle. I didn't listen to advice. In fact I demanded to opposite on several different occasions. I guess you could say, I thought I knew best. I WAS WRONG! If I had I listened to Joanne sooner, my house probably would have sold sooner. So I decided my uneducated way of selling my house was wrong. Joanne was very patient and very honest we me, even telling me when I was making a mistake. So I backed off. I said, "You know best, go get me a contract!" she had one in my hands within a week. I decided to use the whole Curtin team. So, while working with Jeanie we found our dream house. And, yes. Jeanie had to set me straight just like Joanne did. Once again, I said, " You're the boss!" I got the house and at a great price. Where to begin. When I was preparing to put my home on the market I found JoAnne and Tom. JoAnne came to my home in November to access my home. She gave me constructive feedback that would help me sell my home. Once she left I got to work. JoAnne stayed in contact with me while I was fixing my house. The process of fixing my house took me about 2 months. During that time Joanne stayed in touch to see how I was doing. Once the house was ready she came over to see what was done. From that moment on I felt she was focused and dedicated to our house. The following day she had photo's taken (they were great) of the house for the listing. Once the photo's were done she had the house listed. The web-site was amazing. The reviews and updates were also amazing. Every time someone went into see my house they had an opportunity to review the house with likes and dislikes. This was great to see so I was aware of what people were thinking about the house. The house was on the market for 1 week and had 3 different offers. Amazing.... I was so happy with all the communication and guidance I received. I had never sold a house before and Joanne answered all of the with ease. The house sold a month later. Even after the closing Joanne called to congratulate me. Works can not describe how happy I was to find Joanne and Tom. If I was to sell or buy a home again in the future I would not hesitate to call on them. We lived overseas for 6 years and moved 11 times in the last 18 years with the military. In June 2010, we were finally settling down in GA, so this was an important move for us - our "forever house"! Our agent was Laura Herrera. She was knowledgeable, efficient, energetic, patient and, most of all, extremely accommodating to our 2 kids who had to endure hours of house hunting in the summer heat....she made it fun for them by spoiling them with soda and snacks. It was a quick and easy process and we are happy to live where we are right now. When we closed on the house both Jane and Laura were happy to give us referrals for the various work we wanted to do on the house and these worked out beautifully. I will definitely use the Jane Curtain Team again if I am looking to sell or buy.

I am an executive in the field of sales management, so I've never been short of words, however, when it comes to a full and proper description of why everyone should be using the services of Joanne Curtin, I seem to come up shorter than I would like. So, here goes, "If you or anyone else you know, needs the services of a realtor who is friendly, professional, caring, works for you, fun, creative, patient, well versed in the business and always accessible - choose Joanne." If you don't, you may very well not find the home of your dreams or sell within any reasonable time frame. Did I say I was totally impressed by Joanne? I have bought and sold 4 homes in the past and nothing came close to this "easy" experience.

I met Joanne about a year before I finally listed my home with her, and let me say this...I wish I had gone with her sooner. My husband and I "inherited" a house with a mortgage and it was a money pit. We were stressed to the max, after having listed with 2 different realtors in the area and having our home on the market for over a year. I mentioned letting the house go back to the bank to Joanne and she said "give me a month", so we did...and we are so glad we did! Our home sold, we were able to move on and not have our credit trashed. She probably got so tired of seeing emails from me, but she was super nice about answering all of our questions, easing our worries and dealing with our tantrums.
