Cindy Spindler buy a previous house with Terri Martinez and would recommend them to other home buyers.
I used Terri to purchase a home in Tyrone (just outside of Newnan). She came in after I had a bad experience with another realtor and saved the day. I was a very high maintanence client and am very demanding, especially since this was my first home. Terri responded to all of my requests and questions extremely promptly and researched any issues she couldn't answer from her experience. I've told Terri she is the first real estate agent that I met that was even "competent" in my eyes. And she went well above competent to excellence.
