I presented him with many challenges being a long distance buyer with a limited time frame and he was able to accommodate all my needs and desires. Buying a home long distance can be scarey. However with Brandon Boyce we found our home , made offer , and got it accepted all in a 3 days trip to GA. What impressed me the most was his ability to follow our guildlines, and take the time to ask the details via distance to help us have a good solid few choices once we got in town. He was still new back in 07 but more dilagent then many seasoned professionals Iv worked with in the past. Also a huge plus for me with allergies he didnt smoke , and his truck was prefectally clean! Brandon also delt with our inspector and all the things we couldnt do because of being out of state. He really did put us on Easy Street ( really , really our address is Easy street) !!!
