My clients wanted to relocate from California to Marietta and improve our quality of life. After showing them everything in, above, and below our price range, I helped them find the best buy for their first home.
I helped them save $22,300 on the purchase price and negotiated that the washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, and security system were included for free. They closed their purchase in 26 days. They were so delighted that they have had two more transactions for investment properties.
