My husband, children and I were being transferred from AL. to S.C. with his job. We were assigned Ranissa as our agent through my husband's work relocation company and we were truly blessed! We only had a week to find a house and Ranissa came well organized and with a boat load of patience. She answered all our questions and never once tried rushing us. She kept us calm when houses were falling through and made sure we knew that we would find the perfect house to call home (staying out so late that we had to use a flashlight to look through the houses!). Even at closing when our mortgage lender was having issues and hadn't done their job, Ranissa got on the phone, worked it out and made sure we were taken care of first and foremost. We could not have found a better Realtor. If we buy or sell again we plan to use Ranissa and only Ranissa. I HIGHLY recommend her.. unless you just like working with less than exceptional Realtors.

Ranissa handled the sale of my late father's home with such care as if it were her own. She made herself available to myself and my three other siblings as if we were her family. She answered any questions we had immediately and took the sting out of saying goodbye to our homestead. My co-worker introduce Ranissa to me when she knew that I was looking to buy a house and I have been with two bad realestate agent. When I met up with Ranissa she was very professional and organize. She was very paitent with us compared to the other two all they did was rush me to buy but Ranissa never once rush me and always there to answer any questions that I have for her. She also help me find the banker I need it and also inspection for the house and also the insurance agent. Believe me that saved me alot of time because I have to work alot (60 to 70 hours a week). She also explaine step by step the process of buying a house with me and my finece since we both are the first time home buyer.
