She knows her stuff, she's patient, she gives good advice and every person she recommended to me -- mortgage broker, home appraiser, insurance agent -- gave me good service at a terrific price. She helped me buy exactly what I needed and I got a great deal, too, because she spotted a property that was being offered at below market value and we snapped it up ASAP! When we found some problems with the property, she helped me negotiate a deal to get money to repair the problems. I can't say enough good things about Mary Rigger.
