We first met Charmaine in September 2006 while searching for a home because we were in the process of moving from Fort Knox, KY. She showed us only houses that met our criteria all around the Columbus area. We closed on this house on October 31st, 2006. The entire process was easy and very enjoyable, thanks to Charmaine. We are still living in the same house, and we couldn't be more pleased. We always recommend Charmaine to our friends and anyone new we meet and always will. She is so AWESOME!

Charmaine Crabb is an experienced agent with extensive knowledge of Columbus, Georgia and the surrounding area. Just to give you a little history, we first met Charmaine at an Open House several years before we could "realitically buy" a home. About 4 years after initially meeting Charmaine, we bought our first house through another agent, and we stayed there for 3+ years. When we thought about selling our first house, we decided to go and do some casual searching at Open Houses. Then, we ran into Charmaine again! After seeing Charmaine the 2nd time, we went through an "indecisive period" when we couldn't decide when we wanted to sell and buy. We kept running into Charmaine! We thought, "this can't be just a coincidence!" When we finally decided to sell, we called her. We placed our house on the market and we had a contract in 3 days! We had already found the house that we liked and we went to see it. A month later, we sold our house and bought our new (resale) home on the same day. Charmaine was able to work it out for both closings to be scheduled one after the other! When the first closing was complete, we only had to wait for approximately 30 minutes before the closing began on the house we were buying. Charmaine is a tremendous asset to the real estate community, and most importantly, to anyone that calls upon her services. Even though Charmaine helped us buy our current home (our 2nd house) over 3 years ago now, we still have her phone number and email to call her for advice.
