Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love it! I love every part of it! I love showing, listing and selling! I love the excitement of helping your client succeed. A first time home buyer, First time home seller, Moving up or relocation. All of it!!!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The frustration a client has when they need to sell do to a family change just kills my heart...divorce, death of a spouse, moving to a retirement home. Breaks my heart but feel honored in being able to help.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a Fort Benning Doctor moving here from another base and he could not come down to preview properties so we video taped homes and found them the perfect home! It was out of the box awesome!
What is your best characteristic?
Humor. I try not to get to stressed. I handle any problems that arise but keep a cool head. There is nothing worse than an agent that wears their stress on their shoulders and stresses the client out!
Who or what inspires you the most?
My husband. He is a builder and I see that he never cuts corners no matter what even if he looses a job because of a higher bid. His customers are his for life because they trust him!
What is the best advice you ever received?
Help others because you care not because of the commission and you will have clients for life!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Ok I know I should say Columbus, Ga. but honestly I love the water. Water makes me happy and so relaxed! So I would have to say somewhere tropical!
