Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy helping people by providing my expertise from a process that I practice daily to something they will do only once or twice a decade. Helping them understand the subtle aspects of the process is fulfilling.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
At the present time, it is being the bearer of bad news that often many prospective clients' homes are not as valuable as they thought.

I get great satisfaction from working with first time homebuyers, and helping them get great deals in the current market. From the elementary school principal who got a nearly new home for almost half what it sold for new, to the laborer who bought a small house for his family for cash - under $10,000.
