I had dealings with Kris Bonds from this group. Mean and disagreeable. This whole group seems to have no idea what coustomer service is. I'd steer clear of them.

I am going to report the peargin team to GREC. And turn internal affairs on them as well. And all news station. I will make sure that they do an investigative report on them.

I have seen Jeff Peargin signs all over southwest Altanta. Recently his name has appeared in our neighborhood... and it does seem to be somethng fishy going on with him. He never list his forclorsure homes on his site.. His homes are great deals! Then all of the sudden they are sold! He never list them on FMLS or MLS.. I think he is making deals under the table with people. The people who moved next to us are some of his customers, they are nice people but don't seem to be there anymore.. weird.. just picked up and left one day.. now.. the house is empty again..It was already a forclosure.. this is bad for my home value..

Anne was professional and knowledgeable, and unlike other realtors we met with, she didn't show us properties that obviously wouldn't suit our needs. We're very happy with the home she helped use find and purchase. We'll use her services again in the future.

I bought a home through Jeff's office and he gives agents a bad name. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. If it hadn't been a house I wanted, I would have walked away from the deal because of him. REMAX should not ****ociate themselves with such a jerk.

Cutting edge, available, listens. Virtual tours and videos received a lot of attention on Realtor.com and we were covered up with agents coming through. I would certainly recommend him and recommend that you spiff up your home and maybe even call in a consultant to stage before he comes. We tried to buy a home through Jeff as the listing agent. He was extremely rude to our agent, insulted her as well as us, and basically sabotaged our real estate transaction. I'm currently looking into filing a formal complaint but wanted to warn others asap to avoid this agent!

I had a friend who used Gabriel. I have 18 years mortgage experience and five in real estate investing. I was the mortgage lender on the transaction where Gabe was representing my friend. Gabe did not to what I would expect a professional realtor to do to protect my friend and it cost my friend a lot of money and stress. I would definitely not recommend him as an agent.
