- Having faith in people ability to achieve what they believe and do not judge a book by it cover. I had clients who called and stated they wanted to purchase a home but no one believed they could pay cash for the properties they were viewing. They did not appear to be able to pay cash. I believe them and I sold them a $350,000 property and they paid cash. They still refer clients to me and that transaction happen 12 years ago.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I listen and watch my clients, I do not try to make their minds up for them. I guide and advise them on this very important transaction.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My husband, he push me, believe in me and he also assist me in all real estates ventures. He keeps me forcus and grounded.

- Always watch and listen.
