Agent did not try to explain process to this first-time buyer; agent did not want to negotiate purchase price and in fact did not, even though comps were at least $10K lower than the listing price; agent arrived at the showing with an offer already typed up for the full purchase price, without consulting me; agent did not verify school district, leading to removing my son the 2nd week of school to go to a new school -- very poor agent, very poor service.

Alison helped me purchase my townhome about a year and a half ago. She was extremely professional, on time and very helpful during the three months she ****isted me. I would highly recommend her to any one of my friends.

My experience with Alison was not good at all. She showed up to my house late. She was not prepared. I don't recommend.

Please be advised that your agent, Alison Dunkley is stalking our family. I have created a new email address with a different name, because she has continuously called my home, my husband, and my own cell phone. I have changed all of these numbers in hopes that she will leave our family alone! Could you please have Ms. Dunkley address her own problems with someone that could help her, and leave my family OUT OF IT!!!
