A great Realtor!

I am writing to commend Jennifer on the fantastic job she has done as my realtor throughout all aspects of my home purchase. As a first-time buyer, I knew nothing about any aspect of the process. Jennifer made each step of the process smoother than I could have ever expected. Before we began looking at homes, she listened carefully to my list of criteria for a home, and many times urged me not to compromise on my "wish list"; she was diligent in finding many listings that met my criteria, and she sent me many online listings before I even visited Atlanta, which allowed us to narrow the search and save time. Jennifer's experience in real estate negotiation made the process of making an offer completely painless-- and we came out with everything she recommended that we ask for in negotiations. I would be remiss if I did not mention Jennifer's fantastic personality. She is friendly, patient, and warm. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have her as a business partner and friend.

The only agent for us

We first became aware of Jennifer when we received a postcard in the mail showing where she had sold a unique property in our neighborhood. We were looking for an agent that had knowledge and was professional with integrity and character. Because of the reasons listed: 1. She arrived on time, toured the property and listened. 2. She presented us with comps and recommended we get an appraisal due to the unique nature of our property. None of the other agents recommended getting an appraisal. It was the best recommendation we received. 4. She gave us three references, we checked with them and were given glowing reports. 5. Jennifer supplied us with a marketing plan that was made part of the contract. She has implemented and even exceeded the marketing plan. 6. Jennifer is always open to trying new avenues to market our property. Jennifer's enthusiasm and knowledge of the real estate market and professionalism made the only choice for us. In addition, she has wonderful karma.

Jennifer "got" our house

Jennifer “got” our house from the beginning. We sold our house under very difficult market conditions and she was still able to get us top dollar for our house. She knows how to market contemporary homes and especially knows the in-town neighborhood. We were impressed with her marketing plan and her willingness to put in the time necessary to get the house sold. Jennifer is aggressive without alienating other brokers and potential buyers like you see some Realtors do. We highly recommend Jennifer and would be happy to be a reference when asked.

One of the best Realtors

My wife, Linda, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Kjellgren in purchasing a loft near Piedmont Park. We have worked with many realtors over the years and, without question, Jennifer is one of the best. First of all, she listens. We contacted her about a property that we saw on the internet (which we ended up buying). Rather than just pushing her listing, she took the time to understand what we wanted and was very helpful in making suggestions about other properties that might fit the bill. Her customer orientation and knowledge of the market in showing us other possibilities were exemplary. Second, she is accessible. With numerous questions and ideas about our purchase transaction, we needed someone who was easy to reach. I tell her she is predictable because I know that she will respond to emails from the night before between 7:45 and 8:30 AM. She carries a phone that delivers email and text messages so I can reach her during the day easily and efficien

2008 has been a challenging real estate market - but these challenges have turned to incredible opportunities

There are so many. This is a profession where you are faced with new situations all of the time. You need to be flexible and adaptable to handle them. I am constantly learning and that is something I love about what I do.

Practice the Golden Rule. Be honest - sometimes it's harder, but it always pays off in the long run (my dad)

Multi-city - I'd keep my home base in Atlanta, but also have homes in Italy and the Northern California coast near Carmel
