Having bought and sold many properties over the years, hiring Jeff as my realtor was one of the best moves I ever made. His knowledge of the market and his expertise in helping me find just the right property got me my dream home. He kept me apprised of new listings constantly and was in almost daily contact with me. When I'm ready to sell this place (if I ever do), I will definitely go back to Jeff. Excellent service, nice, insightful guy.

As a referral, Ms. Waller initially presented herself as professional and well-versed in GA real estate practices. Over a 3-4 month period, Ms. Waller showed how unprofessional she truly is. She missed inspections of the proposed property we were looking to purchase on more than 3 occasions left the buyer alone with the seller i.e. no representation, did not return phone calls for up to 3 days if she could not answer questions (from buyer and seller), claimed personal issues for the reasons for missing previously set up meetings and on one particularly special occasion did not tell the seller the closing date had been moved and left to 'party and get drunk' for four days in Miami. Her incompetence and ineptitude are far beyond acceptable and I would strongly recommend not using her services for any kind of business dealings.

I am so happy, Amy you are not only a wonderful person, but an even better agent! I dreaded the entire thought process of home buying. Searching, viewing, negotiating, setting up utilities, moving. I thought I would never be able to live thought it. Then next thing you know we are at the closing table and I am holding keys to my new home. This process was nothing like the 2 other homes I have bought and sold. You made this so easy I am ready to buy investment properties now.

I was a first time home buyer and on the fence to buy a home. After speaking with Amy and hearing all she had to say about a home not only being a home, but also a great investment (especially in this day and age) made me comfortably realize that the money I was paying in rent was a waste. So I took the plunge and have never been happier. I wish I had made the move sooner. Amy is the best.

I had dealings with Kris Bonds from this group. Mean and disagreeable. This whole group seems to have no idea what coustomer service is. I'd steer clear of them.

Started working with a Jason Fox & Associates agent when the deal became very complex (the builder made several big mistakes) Jason himself came out to the our new home and met the same day with the builder. Our JFA agent was great but sure glad Jason was able to come out as the problem was solved and the builder bought us a very nice bottle of wine after the fact. Jason came in like a lawyer and was quick to the point but very understanding and was concerned with our new home even giving us a follow call after we moved in. I am also thankful the company it seems has trained its agents to call the broker right away when major issues come up as I have heard horor stories from friends that the broker was no where to be found. When we go to sell our home I will use this brokerage for sure.

I have used Jan on 3 transactions. She was terrific on all 3. We were first time home buyers and not only was she helpful and understanding, she treated us like royalty - even though we were in the market for a starter home. We had countless questions and concerns and she took care of us like we were her only clients. When we sold that house and were building our 'dream home' she treated us with the same integrity and courtesy as the first time. She sold our house and got us top dollar for it as well. Jan stayed on top of the construction of our new home and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. I have recommended her to several friends as well. Jan is the only agent I will ever use to buy or sell real estate.

I had a very limited budget to spend on a home. Jan drove me all over Atlanta looking for just the right place. She knew all of the neighborhoods in town that would fit my budget. I was treated like I was buying a $1,000,000.00 home. I would use no other!

RE/MAX AROUND ATLANTA REALTY was contracted to show for sale of our home. In the course of showing the condo for sale, the agent (Jan Tuttle) adjusted and left (against our agreement) the air conditioner’s, (AC), thermostat set to 58 degrees Fahrenheit. This caused the AC unit to continuously freeze-up and thaw over the ensuing weeks, flooding our condo with many gallons of water. The resulting water damage in our unit was extensive to four rooms, destroying carpet, walls, and all Brazilian Cherry-wood floors. Additionally, there was mold infestation throughout the entire home. 1. RE/MAX and Jan Tuttle have refused to accept any responsibility for the damages caused by their failure to care for property once granted (contracted) custodial care.

Moved from Boston to Atlanta; had never been to Atlanta and Judy Soden a Coldwell Banker agent was wonderful. She understood our life style, and what we were looking for. She found us the perfect location and home. I would use Judy again without hesitation she is the best! Thank you Judy

BJ helped me and my family get just what we all wanted in our new home. She was fast but not pushing, she was honest and very understanding. She took the time to listen at what we wanted to buy, not what most agents want to sell. We loved her!

Terry did a superb job for us when we brought our home on Saint Simons Island, GA. He was there for us from day one, until the home closed. We had a little problem after the closing and Terry took care of for us. We didn't have to do a thing. He is one of the smartest Realtors we have ever encountered. If we had a question he could not anwser, he got back with us with the right answer. Terry kept us informed mostly by email, but he also called us when the information was very important. Terry is one of those Realtors that is good to know.

THE NEGATIVE REVIEW OF HEATHER STEINER WHICH WAS SUBMITTED IN MY NAME ON OCTOBER 15, 2008 IS COMPLETELY BOGUS. In 2003, Heather helped me with both the sale and purchase of houses. As I was very pleased with Heather's efforts in 2003, I asked her in 2008 to sell another house for me. While poor market conditions were not conducive to a sale at that time, I was thoroughly satisfied with Heather's efforts. Please note that Heather and I have worked together to have the false posting under my name removed from this website. We have sent a notarized letter to the owner of this website but have received no response. Unfortunately, it appears that we may need to take legal action.
