- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Owning a home is one of the most important parts of life. I've always wanted to help people and I believe the service I provide does help. First time home buyers are the most rewarding type of client for me. The main reason this is the perfect job for me is that I love working with people.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Unreasonable expectations of Buyers due to the news reports. Atlanta does not fit the National mold and property values are not declining in the Atlanta single family home market. There are good values out there, and there are investors out there buying up any undervalued homes faster than you can blink. It is a Buyer's Market, but many expect to get mroe than what is reasonable off the cost.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Not to offend any of my clients, but there is one particular couple that stands out and is very special to me. They were moving here from England and we had a few whirlwind tours of Atlanta. Seeing the city from another point of view was fun for me and we found them a great home and are now good friends.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Honesty.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- People around me. My life is full of positive, engaging and impressive people - this includes my clients. I like representing people's interests to be sure they are protected in the transaction. The contracts classes are my favorite, because I know it gives me and my clients an advantage and allows me to provide the best protection.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Rick Hale's help with my 5-10 year plan is the most impressive development in my life lately. Thinking about life and where I want to be in the future improved my goals and outlook in a way I did not anticipate.
