Great Broker

Started working with a Jason Fox & Associates agent when the deal became very complex (the builder made several big mistakes) Jason himself came out to the our new home and met the same day with the builder. Our JFA agent was great but sure glad Jason was able to come out as the problem was solved and the builder bought us a very nice bottle of wine after the fact. Jason came in like a lawyer and was quick to the point but very understanding and was concerned with our new home even giving us a follow call after we moved in. I am also thankful the company it seems has trained its agents to call the broker right away when major issues come up as I have heard horor stories from friends that the broker was no where to be found. When we go to sell our home I will use this brokerage for sure.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
The art of the deal and saving my clients a lot of money and then on the flip side making them a lot of money. Its easy to retian and obtian clients when you give them a positive ROI.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Emotions within the transaction.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
There was once a client bought a home and on the way home from the closing we had a buyer willing to pay over 500k more for the house....we closed the next week and they walked away with half a million dollars for a weeks ownership. It was a great story because I advised him of the deal on this house and he bought it upon my advice sight unseen and we faxed contracts to secure the deal at 3am and had to fight to make sure it closed. It was great because the client made a lot of money and I was constantly on my toes as a lot of money was on the line.
What is your best characteristic?
Always thinking and I never give up.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Not knowing what the next deal will be.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Never give up
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Not sure yet still working on this but I am sure the ocean would be near.
