Started working with a Jason Fox & Associates agent when the deal became very complex (the builder made several big mistakes) Jason himself came out to the our new home and met the same day with the builder. Our JFA agent was great but sure glad Jason was able to come out as the problem was solved and the builder bought us a very nice bottle of wine after the fact. Jason came in like a lawyer and was quick to the point but very understanding and was concerned with our new home even giving us a follow call after we moved in. I am also thankful the company it seems has trained its agents to call the broker right away when major issues come up as I have heard horor stories from friends that the broker was no where to be found. When we go to sell our home I will use this brokerage for sure.
