- Hearing back from clients, getting invitations to wedding or baby announcements. It makes me feel like I've helped create their happy home.

- Harry Norman was an inspirational man. He was honest, trust worthy and expected his agent to do the right thing. I've alwasy tried to live up to his expectations.

- Northern Italy, Lake Cuomo area or Provence, France. I love the culture and the laid back pace.
