I am so happy, Amy you are not only a wonderful person, but an even better agent! I dreaded the entire thought process of home buying. Searching, viewing, negotiating, setting up utilities, moving. I thought I would never be able to live thought it. Then next thing you know we are at the closing table and I am holding keys to my new home. This process was nothing like the 2 other homes I have bought and sold. You made this so easy I am ready to buy investment properties now.

I was a first time home buyer and on the fence to buy a home. After speaking with Amy and hearing all she had to say about a home not only being a home, but also a great investment (especially in this day and age) made me comfortably realize that the money I was paying in rent was a waste. WOW! Where where do I begin?... Fabulous, Wonderful, Great, Amazing, Easy... I had recently moved to Atlanta from New York and found my first realtor on my own.
