Great with first time home buyers!

I was a first time home buyer and had the wonderful opportunity to work with Nancy. I was absolutely clueless about everything, but she broke it all down so that I could understand every bit of it. She kept in contact with me almost daily and let me know about every step and every process that was going on. I bought a bank owned home in which the bank that owned it was just rediculous, and were slowing down the whole process; but Nancy was very firm and ****ertive and made sure I was getting everything I deserved. She made me feel very comfortable with her laid back personality and her dedication to clients. I am not sure if I was her only client at the time, but she definitely made me feel that way. I could not have asked for a better agent, she was just wonderful through the whole process!
