Don't use this Realtor. She is horrible! Severly overprices your listing, just so she can get her name on the signs in a neighborhood she claims as 'hers'. She lures sellers with high inflated numbers and then dwindles them down after they signed a contract with her. If you are willing to have your house on the market for 9 - 12 months and have it in the end sell for tens of thousands less or not sell at all, then go ahead, hire her. Example... Houses listed (and sold) in the 32792 zip sell for about $120 / $130 per sq/ft. ALL (!!!) her listings are in the $140 - $150 range. None of them sell... but she uses them to tell other people that she can get that money for your house. She also goes around to people that already have a contract on their houses and tells them that they undersold and that she can get them a lot more money... this is very unethical and makes you wonder if she is cohersing the sellers to break their contracts.
