My mother had the most negative experience with this individual. He strong armed her into a sales contract and when she changed her mind, his true colors came out. He was very aggressive, yelled and threatened her. She was overwhelmed and at weak point in her life. He saw this like a vulturous predator and moved in for the kill. He has NO conscious and is driven by his desire for money. Money is his life regardless of what he has to do to get it. He moved in like a PREDATOR, and was greedy, a liar, pushy, deceptive. This is not slander as I have proof. He submitted fradulent documents in case against my mother. He knew how to play her and work the system to his benefit. She was overwhelmed and ignored it the fradulent legal documents. Unfortunately, she lost a winnable case by default and was forced to pay thousands to resolve legal action. This individual sleeps with dogs and will wake up with fleas if not more. I am not surpized at the prior reviews. I only hope others looking to do business with this individual will complete research and run far, run fast, do not turn around and pray this predator does not go after him. He should realize what goes around comes around. You can not cheat people and get away with it.

I worked with Mr. Ferreiro for a touch over a year. At the time he had a wonderful agent working with him who was a beautiful example of the kind of agent I wanted to be one day - but Otilio was just the worst kind of evil. He proved time and time again to be looking out only for himself. His knowledge of the law and of contracts is flawless - unfortunately he has no moral compass. He is SCARY. I watched him push multiple clients into homes they couldn't afford with his bullying and overbearing techniques. I watched him cheat pretty much every subcontractor that worked for him saying their work was "unsatisfactory" and refusing to pay even though the work was great and he never once had any of it "corrected" He berates and belittles people and plays mind games with them. One of his favorites was to refuse to meet with married couples together. He would either meet with the husband and mock the man every time he wanted to consult with his wife about anything ("oh you're no MAN. MEN dont need to ask their wife for permission. she's only a woman!") or he would meet with the wife and flirt endlessly and then switch gears to anger and aggression. I saw people leave his office crying at least once a week. Also he would often lie to people and tell them once they've signed an offer they cant legally change their minds and threaten to sue if they decide to make another offer on a less expensive house. However, the two times the client wanted to make an offer on a MORE expensive house, then he posted no protest and mentioned nothing about it being "illegal" - all offers in FL have a grace period to change your mind. Otilio is NOT to be trusted.

Mr. Ferreiro nor only cheats on his customers but on his providers as well. He does not pay his employees or his suppliers claiming to have financial hardships. He owes thousands of dollars in salaries, goods and services. A dishonest man not worthy of doing business with.

This agent/broker does not return phone calls, does not follow through with offers from outside agents/buyers. His office staff also falsely stated a document was signed by his seller and delivered to the short sale bank when the truth is it was never signed by the seller or sent to the bank! DO NOT TRUST. I will be filing a complaint and investigating his practices.

This guy should become a hermit, and stay away from the general public. His manners are non-existent. Go with another broker---- there are millions of them out there.

This guy's ethics are questionable. I have several ads for personal property for sale. He keeps sending me spam email hoping I will list my property with him. I have asked him several times to stop, but he continues. He is totally unprofessional, and basically a pain in the ass. AVOID this guy

I owned a property in Marion County, FL where development of the area is very slow. I talked to Holly about it and even though it was a tough sell, miles and miles from her home base, she took on the challenge. Our experience with John was amazing. Not only is he a consummate professional, but a true gentleman who went above and beyond to find us the perfect rental home. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He earned my trust right away, and I felt we were in the best hands. He spent a great deal of time, effort, and work...even if it meant he was working late, he always went out of his way, with patience, humor, and a genuine, very sincere concern for the well being of my family. I can honestly say he's the best agent and person I have come across and feel very honored to be in such good hands. He put us at ease during a stressful time, and would call just to check in. Other agents I have worked with could not even come close. We feel truly lucky and beyond grateful, not only for doing his job perfectly, but for his honesty, his concern, and if you need someone to trust, this is the man you're looking for. I cannot recommend him enough, he has been wonderful, and we are so truly grateful.
