The average price in my market is anywhere from $250,000-$350,000.
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
In the South Florida area, we are seeing more buyer activity. Inventory has been coming down, but we are still not in a normal market.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy the constant education, and then educating my clients about Real Estate. Most consumers feel Real Estate is a difficult process. When looking at the basic premise of buying or selling of Real Estate, the process is not difficult. I enjoy educating my clients on the process, and watching them learn, while purchasing or selling their home.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Dealing with negative people.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
When I helped a client to sell their home. They where with another agent who said their home would not sell. I received contract on the property three weeks into the listing agreement. He was listed for 12 months with 3 different agents.
What is your best characteristic?
My heart on my sleeve. What you see is what you get. I don't pull punches.
Who or what inspires you the most?
To be the best at what I do for my clients.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Always communicate with people and to be truthful. The client might not like what you have to see, but you told them the truth.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
It would be Italy or Brazil.
