I met with three realtors before choosing Laurie. Laurie was enthusiastic and very techno savvy. She marketed our condo with brilliant pictures and lots of written detail. Our quick sale was due to Laurie's skill and diligence. I would highly recommend her and will definately call her when we are ready to put our home on the market.

Donna Louise Denise Lengel sold my husband, James S. Walker, an overpriced home at the Fairways of Quail Hollow, Wesley Chapel, FL, BEHIND MY BACK. It's now upside down by about $125K. She knowingly submitted his mortgage papers to reflect this home as our marital investment, not truly as his new homestead, thereby circumventing my having - BY FLORIDA LAW - to sign off as non-obligator (and know about the sale). She moved in with him and lived there for about 5 months, then left him after accepting many gifts of money, jewelry, vacations, education and much more. He was distraught by her empty promises and ultimately, her abrupt abandonment...my dear husband blew his brains out with a 357 Magnum, alone, on the edge of the golf course there. I've been grieving ever since, struggling to get my life back. She managed to return to lift the the new big screen TV and other items out of the house before I got the locks changed. Ms. Lengel is a HOME BREAKER, not a broker, in my opinion.
