Found a place where he was property manager. The house was a complete wreck and he promised to have it in tip top shape by the 1st. the 1st came & not a single thing was done! we were not on the guest list, the carpet needed replaced, walls painted, house cleaned, etc (mildew growing everywhere) I had 2 turn on the electricity & water in my name for him to get a crew to clean up- the only thing done was paint (not that well) and got paint all over the bleached spotted red carpet! My fiance and I dug up the carpet as it was in writing the owner would pay for it. The owner comes back from wherever he was and says he did not consent to anything and he was only committing to steam cleaning!! These are the not terms explained by Brostrie- we decided not to take the house preventing having a bad landlord- and a refund was due to us $1725.00 we are still waiting on it & no contact with him for 2 weeks. I am filing a police report 2day. His company doesnt know his whereabouts either. shame
