She listed my home 2008 - neighbors listed at the same time. She instructed me to paint doors, empty closets, then to arrange my "fu-fu" in an artistic manner. She recommended a landscaping company that cut back the over-growth of plants, and removed weeds. In the hard times we had three proposals within one week. We actually had a bidding war in tough times. She brought multiple buyers. But in the end it was her suggestions to make my property sale-able that over-won my neighbors pricing. All I can say is that my home showed better because of Tricia's help, then I sold my home.
