Souzan is a very, very poor realtor. She is unprofessional and most significantly, she is incompetent. During our transaction, she would not return phone calls or e-mails. When one was able to contact her she would promise to complete tasks and simply disappear. Even when our deal was close to completion, she was either unable or unwilling to deliver the forms she promised to deliver. We were finally forced to walk away. Since, we have had three other buyers tell us similar horor stories. I wish someone would have told us before. It would have saved us a great deal of time, money, and heartache. Very, Very Poor!
