I was served papers in the beginning of August and tried to get in touch with Arodak right away because his wife/ex owned the property. He didn't answer my calls and when I left messages he wouldn't return them. I had to email him and tell him that his house was under forclosure and has been the whole time I rented from him. He tried to send me a three day eviction notice and I had already moved out. He has no clue what is going on. He is not reliable. I would not recommend him to anyone!!! "

Eric told us that there was another party interested in the house but that they would need financing. He also told us what the sellers would accept if it was a cash offer. We talked to a realtor that was a friend of mine for advice. We decided to use my friend to represent us because we felt more comfortable using a realtor ourselves. Eric got upset since he wouldn't be making the full comission and send us an email that the price he gave us was if we didn't use a realtor. My friend emailed him back that he would back out if it meant that we would get the house. The sellers went ahead with the other party. We believe that Eric probably never submitted our offer to the sellers which is illegal and probably convinced the sellers to take the other offer over ours. This guy is a jerk and I don't recommend anyone do business with him."

However when I asked him to turn the main waterline back on, it began to leak profusly. He then demanded a payment of $150 and I told him once he fixed the leak I would gladly pay him. He left me having to call a real plumber. Come to find out he did not use a special tape to connect PVC to a metal fitting. "
