Linda Bails tried to find me a home to purchase. She showed uplate to my appointment and it went all downhill from there. The Broker David Rogers was so disatified with her unprofessionalism when I complained that he ended up firing her. I worked with Mr. Rogers,the broker for a month strait after that. The service and attention he gave me lead me to find the home of my dreams.

He has since sold me 14 homes and I have been extremely happy with the results as he has kept them rented almost 100% of the time during these 12 years. Good day everyone reading this thread, My name is Travis Snyer and I have worked with John Fedro for over 4 years while in Tampa Florida where I continue to invest in real estate. This original post was written by a gentleman that was eager to sell his home and contacted us to do so. We agreed to purchase in 12 months on the condition that we were leasing the home with the option to purchase. This type of agreement is commonly called a Lease with Option to Buy Real Estate. (Story explained below) This type of contract is a lateral agreement giving the buyers the legal right to withdraw from the agreement anytime prior to the closing date as specified in paragraph 10 of our standard Option agreement. The writer of this original thread, Erick Tomerelli, had originally purchased the subject property in 2006 with the intent to fix and flip while the market was hot in Tampa, Fl. Unfortunately like many others that lost equity when the market collapsed Mr Tomorelli could not sell his home. After the market collapsed in early 2007 Mr. Tomorelli refinanced his investment home increasing the monthly debt service and payoff to over $210,000. By comparison the next door home sold $23,000 in January 2009. The purchase property was drastically over leveraged and there was nothing any investor could do besides recommending a loan modification or short-sale in hopes the bank would take less than owed. That is exactly what was offered when the contract was dissolved. Mr. Tomorelli became increasing upset and aberrant that his home could not be purchased; however we reserve the right to withdraw from any contract we sign less the escrow deposit. SELLER CAUTION: This seller story is not common but it does happen. Speculative Sellers make bad investments and are unhappy with there choices when the economy doesn't go their way. Please be sure to always read and understand anything that you ever sign. Please perform due diligence or seek legal council whenever entering into any real estate agreement. In closing I have written this report to absolve John Fedro from wrong doing and offer full disclose for everyone to see the deal which transpired. - Travis Snyer

I contacted John Fedro in 2007 when the market was o its way down in Tampa, Fl. He and his team bought my home without questions. John took care of all the closing costs and answered everyone of my questions. I have dealt with other realtors before that just pass the questions off to someone else. Even though John didn’t have to help me he did! I highly recommend john Fedro as a Realtor for anyone that needs to sell fast. I think he also invests in real estate too. He is the ultimate threat for selling mobile homes.

Rented home from Kirschner Realty for 4 1/2 years. During that time I did over $5,000 in repairs and upgrades. Neighbors were astounded at transformation of improvements of home. Won best home from home association in neighbor. When I left I was assured from Mr. Tom Kirschner, that I would receive my $2,400.00 deposit back. I spent two weeks making sure the home was immaculate before I moved to another state. Once I moved I received a letter from Kirschner Realty stating the home was a wreck and that I owed them $198.00. When I tried calling to speak to Mr. Tom Kirschner either his (Son-In-Law) or Daughter {Note: It may be Daughter-In-Law and Son} would answer and then refuse to lat me talk to Mr. Tom Kirschner. At one point, when I called the Son-In-Law represented himself as Tom and told me to pay the $198.00.

You know, I could go on forever, about how horrible the service was and still is. After I approved them spending around $900 on my house they were going to manage, they spend $3500 without my approval for many many bogus things. The Property Management firm did not offer any receipts for labor, parts, taxes or any kind of itemization. They provided a Billing statement of their own for "miscellaneous items" in the amount of $2100. They only provided receipts for $250 out of the $3500. Receipts have been requested from the management company and the vendor. Still have not received them. I have several requests in writing. LEASES - When application is approved, we execute an Attorney provided lease that is tailored to your specifications and property, not a fill-in-the-blank agreement. This ensures legal sufficiency and protects you and your property should any problems arise. Here's an email where I asked Denise whether they were going to put a clause in the lease that the tenant would be responsible for Bug control and fertilizer. (My lawn had gotten cinch bugs and the only way keep them out is to spread bug control every two months.) She also never sent me a copy of the lease as I had also asked. The first time I saw the lease was a month and a half after the tenants moved it. There is no mention of bug control, interestingly in the lease it says that I am responsible for watering. How could I possibly do that from Baltimore. It is very negligent, because it actually means I am responsible for their water bill legally!!! How's that for a tailor made lease?
