Mike Arodak reminds me of a sterotypical used car salesman. He's very slick and tries to talk to you as if he's very knowledgable, tries to make you feel like he knows so much more than you. He's very sneaky, do some research on the states website and see how many LLC's he has his name associated with. I'm pretty sure his real estate license is expired, at least the license for Michael and Associates Realty, which is his "parent company" has an expired license. If you want evasive, sneaky, condescending treatment, he's your man!

He lies and is very difficult to get in touch with. The house I was renting went into foreclosure. I was served papers in the beginning of August and tried to get in touch with Arodak right away because his wife/ex owned the property. He didn't answer my calls and when I left messages he wouldn't return them. I had to email him and tell him that his house was under forclosure and has been the whole time I rented from him. He tried to send me a three day eviction notice and I had already moved out. He has no clue what is going on. He is not reliable. I would not recommend him to anyone!!!
