How many years have you been in Real Estate?: I have over 10 years Real Estate experience and have lived in Tampa over 25 years.
What is the average home price in your market?: $250-$300K
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I love helping people find their first home to their dream home. As the Broker/Owner of Skye Realty, I take great pride in my career.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: un- qualified clients, or clients who want more than they can afford.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I recently had a client who found out the day before their closing that the mortgage company was going out of business. I made a phone call and within 12 hours, my client was able to close with a new company who was outstanding and worked overtime to make this happen.
What is your best characteristic?: patience and compassion.
Who or what inspires you the most?: Family
What is the best advice you ever received?: Find something you enjoy doing, and find a way to make money at it!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I would have several homes throughout the world, such as, Italy, Monte Carlo, Paris, London, Vegas, New York, Atlanta and right here in Tampa Bay.
